This first month with Emery flew by, but then drug on at the same time. It feels like she has been here a lot longer, but then I am sad because she is getting bigger. She is such a little sweetie and every one comments on how cute she is. Especially her little button nose. She has probably been our easiest newborn (knock on wood) Eating every 3 hours, only cries when she has a gas bubble, or is hungry, and loves to snuggle. Her favorite way to sleep is to just to lay down next to you. No rocking, or any thing. She does love her binky too. Neither of the other 2 cared for them. She was still in newborn clothes till she was about 7 weeks. She still doesn't fit into 0-3 the best (they are baggie around the weight area), but she fits into them length wise. She does take a long time to eat in the middle of the night. She is in no hurry to finish that bottle.
Parker LOVES to kiss on her. Any time, any where.
He always asks me if the baby is awake, or tells me "Mom! the baby is crying"
He can't remember her name and so he calls her baby.
He sings her the sweetest song when she is crying,
"Little baby, Little baby... I love you, I love you!"
Addi loves to be the big sister too. She begged her dad to let her wear the baby pack.
Emmy seems to fit into our craziness just fine :)
