Gunnison

We took a quick trip down to Gunnison because we heard that Grandpa Jensen wasn't doing to well. It was so fun to see all the family since we don't get to see them all that often. Addi loved Great Grandma and Grandpa Jensen. Come to find out Grandpa is doing pretty good, and could live up to a few months or a even a few years. He is 94 years old and considering that I think he's doing really well. Grandma has as healthy as a horse and she is 93... so I'm think Ty will probably be around a while since he has such great genes in the family. We also got to see Nana, Papa Jensen, Jess and Taylor which we don't get to see much either. It was a fun weekend even though it was kind of short.






When Ty and I first got married we lived in Gunnison and it was nice to get to know some of his side of the family. This is the house we lived in for the first 4 months of marriage. It is his Aunt Elizabeth's and she was such nice to let us live there while I finished up school. It was built in 1920's and it was so fun to live in such an old house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a little kitchen. It was a perfect starter home for us. She has put a bonus room up above the garage. We miss that little house in some ways, but it is nice to have our own now too.
